Bathing in Blue & Go Badgers!

I was up on the Square this evening for an event and took this shot...
PAINT THE TOWN BLUE is a benefit for The Exchange Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse - and to honor the night, the Capitol is bathed in blue -- the official color of chicld abuse prevention awareness.
